When i was about 4 or 5 yrs old we used to listen for "Old Harry" whose footsteps could be heard at 11pm every night down regent street in hull..he was never seen but heard every night...very similar but nevertheless very true. The other story about the disembodied footsteps was a shock, i would love to look into that in more depth but i don't want to contact the women mentioned for reason i won't go into here,,, September mate. Ghosts - Comment by Tosser spotter (31/07/10 19:28) Got one! We've had one in our lounge since the mother in law bought us some flowers once. It's a shadow and glides through the lounge in the evening, normally before we're pissed so I can't blame the booze. It follows the same route but I actually felt it brush past me once when I was cleaning and in its path. On further investigation it turned out that the flowers were intended for a funeral but were stipped apart when they were left behind. It's fading a bit now but still appears about once a month. Jimmy Vespa. - Comment by Slayer (31/07/10 19:28) Something else I wonder if you could help me with JV,have you ever heard of a eary 90's TV series called 'Ghosts'? it was very much like Tales of the Unexpected in the fact it had a anthogly streak i.e it had a diffrent story each week,however it never seemed to have much to do with ghosts and seemed to have lots of shagging in it!
